“I consider all actions leading to a fast sale at the maximum fair price to be the measure of a satisfying selling experience; setting the right price, negotiating with buyer through their agent, and then making sure that all details leading up to the closing are completed on time. NO LAST MINUTE SURPRISES! Jeff Graff did all this in a warm and dominate manner, Jeff replied promptly to every text question, even if he was busy, he would advise when he would be able to reply. The photographer came twice at our request, once to take pictures of the outside before the first frost and then again later when the inside had been staged. The results were fantastic. The stager worked with what we had and gave excellent advice. Our house sold after only five days for the most money we could have expected. What more needs to be said about Jeff and his team?”
